Check your local HF stores for clearance items.

I absolutely hate thieves too and I can’t believe that he confessed to doing it. I wonder if he would have done the same thing in a Snap On store?

I highly recommend this knife sharpener

I have the Ken Onion version of the same tool. Very easy to use and there isn't a blunt knife in the house!

    Trusty-Cook, Flat-Flat Series

I don't see any green flat-flats on the site, only red and blue. When do you expect to list the green ones? Also, is there a current Garage Journal promo code? Thanks for updating your site and having international shipping. Would have brought hammers from Trusty Cook a while ago but the old...

Quality of Premium brands but made in China?

I know that you are just trying to get a point across but I doubt that you can employ anyone with skills in a factory in Thailand for "less than a buck an hour". Although I don't have experience in other countries I also doubt Malaysia and Taiwan pay such low salaries.

Can you let us know where you purchased them? I am in Thailand also and would be interested getting some more Stahlwille tools.

    Any Recommended Books/DVDs on Machining?

If you have money to burn the AGI courses are really good but very expensive unfortunately. For a machining forum I very much like The Home Shop Machinist. Most of the folks there are patient and aren't so aggressive as The Practical Machinist lot. You can ask basic questions and get good...

Roller cabinet recommendations in Australia - $1k

I just brought four 44" Habor Freight boxes and shipped them to Thailand. Shipping cost was USD89.95 each to get them from Habor Freight to the port (359.80 total) and USD 409.00 for shipping from Long Beach USA to Bangkok including insurance. Not sure how much more it would be to Australia but...

    Horizontal boring

Most of our work is for gas pipelines and nearly all of the work that we do is with steel pipe. HDPE installations here in Thailand are generally for electric and communication conduits and occasionally for water. Most of our HDPE crossings are limited to around 1,000 feet. If we have a long...

    Horizontal boring

I own a Horizontal Boring company in Thailand. The industry is more commonly called Horizontal Directional Drilling or HDD. A shot of 2,000 feet for us is just a regular crossing length. We often drill up to 3,300 feet at a time. The current world records are around 9,000 feet and are...
