Just got done installing a Rapidair 300' system in my 60'x120'. Put in 5 locations with 7 hose reels. Plumbed it all up and no leaks at all. Totally satisfied customer here!

Conventional doors can be high lifted (going basically straight up) and/or roof pitched (following the pitch of the roof) so you lose virtually no room. With a jackshaft opener there's virtually no space lost overhead. I have a 12x12 on an 18' sidewall that's both high lifted and roof pitched...
