I've got a very similar Facom set but it came with the rotator ratchet which I'd never come across before and I find it a real advantage if you can't turn the handle enough:

I did try flattening the wings to try and get more grip but there's not enough difference unfortunately, I did measure quite crudely first time around and thought 10mm was near enough but maybe something to fit a 9mm shaft will do the trick but the other dimensions seem to change as the shaft...
