Look like nice ratchets, but I don't want to spend that kind of money on a ratchet that I don't know if I can put any weight on or have to worry about. I am sure they are decent quality, but just looks like too much could go wrong with them with so many features.

Not doing any of this for resale like these guys assume. I have heard the SO grips are very comfortable. The grip that came on it looks good but it rock hard. Just figured I would give it a try.

I saw that too. From what I see doesn't look like they come on ebay very often either.

Can you tell a big difference in the proto vs the mac? Didn't know if there is any quality difference or if you just pay tons more for the name on it.

Didn't know they only had a 30 tooth head on them, that's a shame.

I just bought the Harbor Freight extendable 3/8 and 1/4 Drive ratchet. Does anybody know if the grip can be replaced with a Snap on comfort grip? I've never had a SO ratchet so I'm not sure if the would fit or not. [/URL][/IMG] [/URL][/IMG] [/URL][/IMG]
