The one thing that is not great is their service. At least not in our town. After spending thousands of dollars with them we have no truck that comes to our town of 30,000 people.

It's the same here in Illinois. The insurance companies are behind it. Too many claims because of them, both personal injury from people walking into them & the added damage they do in a collision. I have several friends & family that are in law enforcement & they will tell you they don't...

A little Anti - Seize Lubricant easily eliminates that problem :thumbup:

I would find someone to powdercoat it. Cheaper & more durable than paint. I paint for a living & have a friend that owns a powder coating business. I send him items like this that need durability but not neccessarily a 'showroom' shine

Correct. However check the little plastic tabs on the side bracket that snaps into the cover. They tend to break & normally are very inexpensive to replace. :thumbup:

For $99 I wouldn't bother rebuilding it. But that's me

You could build a set like this for a DIY & save a lot of money by attending garage sales, auctions, e-bay & the classified section here on GJ. Plus the adventure of it is exciting :drool:
