Ok, so can SER/SEU wire with the UV protective wrap be put in conduit?

This has 2 solid black and 1 with a yellow stripe. As I said the markings on it are faded but I could see USE-2 and the wire size. The wire was originally installed for a mobile home about 15 years ago, so I thought it might be a bit out dated. Would it suffice for meter to weatherhead?

It's not marked as MHF as far as I can tell, some of the marking is faded and the wire is still a little dirty from its precious use as a feeder for a mobile home. It is marked USE-2 however.
