Absolutely appreciate your opinion. For the most part, our prices should be on par with the likes of eBay. We also almost always have discounts of 10%+ available. As for that screwdriver- They sell for between 15-25$ on ebay used...

The use of “marketplace” may not be appropriate. At this time we are the only seller but have considered opening up to other sellers.

Prior to using those images we contacted a lawyer and was informed as long as we’re not using logos we would be fine. Honestly I was surprised to hear that answer as well and may seek a second opinion.

I appreciate and agree with the suggestions. Looking into alternative approaches as we speak!

As an independent tool dealer I've heard from a number of customers their go-to are the original Vise-Grip brand stuff for locking pliers. Nothing but complaints on the Snap On branded locking pliers, excessive and premature teeth wearing out.
