Hi Matt, thanks for the response. I’m not sure what a flatbed scan is but I removed my tag and put it on a piece of aluminum to preserve it. The picture that I posted was a similar one from the HAMB, much more complete. Mine’s pretty beat up but I can photograph it and include scales for size...

This is my first post on here, it was suggested to me and linked from the HAMB. Could you reproduce this one? It’s adhesive backed foil similar to the Craftsman grinder tag in post 494. I don’t need the stamped numbers, just the blank sticker. Thanks.
