Thanks to Teng for this. On Tuesday 4/17, my old detached/dilapidated 2 car garage is being demolished. In its place will be a bucket-list garage with a 4 post car lift and hvac that I've been planning for what seems to be an eternity. Finished interior (recessed lighting, insulation, drywall...
