Appreciate all the replies so far. Landlord is adamant about not having holes in the concrete (as of now.)
I like the single post lift but for my purposes that might be a bit too expensive. Hopefully the housing market will settle down and I'll install a 2 post FB special at my own shop some...
I’m renting a small garage (non-commercial) that the owner does not want a bunch of holes drilled into the concrete for a traditional two post lift. Besides a floor jack, what are my options? I do not want a 4 post lift, most of my vehicles wouldn’t work well with one anyway.
Working on getting my cart assembled. Just FYI the wall control peg board panels fit very well on the inside without a lot of modifications. Ill post some pictures or a Youtube video when its finished.
Thanks for sharing some pics. I think with the modifications I have planned (tray, Sunnex prybar holder) this panel would just need too much modification for things to sit right.
I think these are the ones I am going to look for at Lowes...
Please let me know how this turns out. I am most likely going to order the same panels for my blue cart, I'm leaning towards the galvanized ones as I think the contrast will look much sharper over the blue.
With the ole Rona going around, I decided it was finally time to order one of these carts and start my lock down project. I've been working out of a couple tool bags since I moved west and I've had enough.
I read every post over the past few days and its awesome to see all the modifications...
I'd be interested in the following: (Pretty much USA tools only)
1. Large adjustable wrench
2. 6" C Clamp
3. Deep well impact socket set (both metric and standard)
4. Test light / power probe
I'm sure ill think of more things. :)
Favorite thread on this forum.
I'm looking for misc. extension sets / adapters (USA of course) to add to my socket drawer if you come across any good deals.
