I don't think I have a grain raising problem. I sand to 220 grit and seal with two coats of Zinser BIN. Then I knock that down with a light sanding with 320, and I have a really nice smooth surface.
This time I thinned the SW Pro Classic with Flotrol instead of water to slow down drying...

How was the final finish quality? I'm finishing some cabinetry with Pro Classic waterborne, and tried spraying with the purple Hf gun, and got kind of mediocre results. I thinned with 10% water, and think I was using about 45psi, and the paint didn't dry as smooth as I wanted. I ended...
I think I have one of those, but I haven't used it in 10-15 years since I got a random orbit... I can't seem to find it quickly, but here's the matching jigsaw.
The normal depth extractors are $16-something on sale. I have a set of probably late-90's Craftsman Bolt-Outs, and these Irwins appear to be identical except for the markings stamped on them. The Patent number on both sets is the same.
However, the older Craftsman set is sized by numbers...
