I am trying to decide what I want in my 24x36x12. I only have 1 roll up door and one walk through door. I have been looking at some 60-72" indoor/outdoor fans....some around 130 each, up to 300. I'm in FL, so it gets a little warm. As of now, it is not insulated... Brian

Finally hit the magic number of days so I could seal the concrete. I ended up going with Sherwin Williams Tile-clad. It was recommended to me by a friend of mine that does the same kind of work that I plan on doing in mine. I wanted something that has had a better rep than stuff from the box...

Any word on your foundation? IMO, I would get the footers put in now for a lift, even if you dont plan on getting one right away. Do a little research on the type and size of lift you want and look at the dimensions. Most of the 2 post lifts use roughly the same width between the posts...
