Thanks for the tip! I just purchased the 45K for $424.99 almost a month ago for my 850 sq. ft. garage. I am going request a refund for the 25 bucks in the morning. FYI, hooked my heater up last weekend. Runs great so far. But the real test will be this winter in Michigan. Regards, Dwayne
