Still waiting.......sent a email this morning to see what the plan is. Last I heard was going to be fixed by Wednesday. Now Friday with no answers. Jumping over dollars to pick up dimes!!

I agree this should have not taken 4-6 weeks. They came back yesterday to install pumps and one is holding the other is not. The service guy with the local company seems to be all over it. He is going to contact Challenger this morning and see what they want to do. He said there is a local...

Challenger sent a local rep out this morning to repair the pumps. He removed them to take back to the shop and repair. Said he would be back Wednesday to reinstall. He is going to rebuild the units and pressure test them. Hopefully this is the end of my rant!!

Still waiting for a solution. I am being told they are working on it. Not sure why this is so tough for them to figure out!! I offered to replace the pumps myself if they would just ship replacements.

After some more kicking and screaming yesterday I did receive a call from a manager from Challenger. He stated they were going to see if they had 2 units they can take the jacks from and ups next day air to me. Time will tell......

Super frustrated with Challenger. Got into it with customer service, the only thing they will commit too is calling me back which never happens. I get the impression JMC is pushing them as well with no answers. I did get a response from them once I posted on their Facebook page but still...

Well been over a week. Still no solution. Have talked to Challenger a couple times not really getting anywhere. Did get ahold of someone there on Friday (same guy I talked to on Monday) and he stated he was buried and would call me back....nothing. Sent another email to JMC this morning...

I called Challenger direct this morning and so far the service seems good. Was able to get a guy on the phone who was very helpful. They claim to have a distributor with a service department about 30 miles form me. Waiting to hear back from them but Challenger stated they would call and make...

Well dagofast I took a minute last night to ID where the leak is coming from. It is coming from where the cylinder screws into the pump end of the jack. Leaking pretty good as the tray was full of fluid and now dripping onto the floor. I fear if I tighten with a strap wrench it will loosen...

yes were upright. Will get a better look this weekend. Hope it is nothing major...

I noticed yesterday both Jacks are dripping a bit of Hydraulic fluid. Seems to be dripping off of one of the 4 bolts that hold the pump down. Took a quick look and does not seem to be any of the fittings leaking.........going to take a close look this weekend. Have you noticed any drips?

Finally had a few hours this weekend to set up the jacks. All in all was not too bad. Took me maybe a hour or so to cut off the guide plates and clean up with a grinder. Glad I came across this write up as it was very helpful.

How high does the Jack sir with the lift all the way down?

I am going to hack them off with a grinder. Hopefully this weekend (depending on kids schedules) Will update when done. Thanks a ton for the information.......very helpful.
