    Concrete floor of shop wet along edge

    Brick should not go below ground. Ideally, it should have been 12" of foundation and then the start of the brick. Red brick is quite permeable. Cement is as well. So if there's an air gap between the brick and the foundation, it is below ground meaning the water will easily find its way up...

    On a recommendation I called she sherwin Williams sales representative to come look at the shed, he walked through gave me some pointers and then quoted $85 per gallon. Bought 14 gallons on the spot (7 part a and 7 b) hope to paint this weekend. Amazing how much difference in price they have
