    Craftsmanomania?

Keep in mind what you will get if you try and warranty these. I’ve replaced all my cman professional pliers with knipex and I’m getting ready to sell them all. I replaced all my cman professional wrenches with snap on flank drive plus, but I will keep them since they don’t have the aggressive...

VIM Magrails or Westling Machine trays?

I always come back to the metal rails that I get from the snap-on fella. Tight fight, multi lengths, multi size clips and just hold right. They are cheap and available as hell. They are like the HF ones but actually work plain and simple. If I were to go to something else, which would be mag...

    My Snap On Wish List

I have the matco locking flex head. I’d rather just replace the locking mechanism once a year than deal with the sensitive snap on design. I’ve had the pistol grip ratcheting screw driver for over a decade. I actually have two, one for the truck. I’ve never had a problem with it and I think it...

    Modular tool storage suggestions

I have 6 of the 2 drawer Versastak parts organizers. They sit on a shelf and hold all my hardware, old drill bits and other miscellaneous ****. Great for on a shelf but wouldn’t want to use them mobile. That’s the only thing I have from that line and will buy a couple more down the road. Not...

Icon Tool Storage Has Huge Price Drop

To me it still comes down to if they can keep the tool line going for the long term. Why gamble on something that may not have any long term support for warranty and service. I’m willing to gamble on some $50 ratchets and incomplete sets of sockets but a $3k+ storage solution that seems to be...

Snap on Flank drive plus as go to wrenches

I was originally replacing all my craftsman professional wrenches both sae and metric. I can across a screaming deal on some pretty much new fd+. So I just decided to hold onto the craftsman for things that have to stay pretty.

Icon Tool Storage Has Huge Price Drop

I already have a classic 78 so I’m not in the market right now but it’s getting pretty tough to fit all my stuff in it. My whole thing with the tool boxes is if I was in the market for a big box it wouldn’t be with a brand that just started and the longevity of the line was uncertain. What...

    1-1/2" drive torque wrench

I wonder how much to it would cost to repair it. Or if they even can.

Can wood tops on Husky lower cabinets be removed?

I would have to venture a guess that they are held in by some hardware from the underside just like the snap on boxes and many others.

Needing information to sell snap on tool box

I know in my area I don’t think that would go for much over a grand. I’ve been on the hunt for something bigger and I feel I could get 2k-2400 for my classic 78 with a ss top. How much are you into the box? Might just be a better idea to ride her till she dies in all honestly.

    Electrical tape labeling on sockets

I use some of the mechanic time saver magnetic socket holders and put them upside down. (8,10,12mm)
