Can I use this for something?

I would describe that as a double ended spring loaded socket wrench? It looks like one end has a spring and the other end has a magnet in it? Being 13/16" it makes me think of a spark plug with the magnetic retention or possibly a lug nut wrench with the spring loaded ejection (although 13/16"...

To my knowledge there’s no other differences between the two except for color. Size, weight, performance specs all claim the same. It really is super quiet when it’s running. Cutting can obviously depend on what you’re cutting and what it’s connected to/how much the material amplifies the sound...

Makita TM52DZ (Japan Market) Brushless 18V Oscillating Tool Review: I'll keep this relatively brief, just want to share a couple first impressions and honest opinions with you all. Bought this oscillating tool for use around home and for a small side job I have coming up that will require some...

I'm not sure why there doesn't seem to be an awesome cordless shop vac on the market. Am I missing something?

Love his videos or hate his videos, I’ll just leave these here for reference.. Best Shop Vac? (BATTERY POWERED) Best Shop Vac?

I'm not sure why there doesn't seem to be an awesome cordless shop vac on the market. Am I missing something?

I was thinking about getting the Makita 18v one (XCV11Z) because I have Makita batteries and chargers but I am a little nervous based on performance reviews of really all cordless shop vacs. It would just be nice to be able to grab and go for convenience sake and not have to bother with...

The 173 is simply the newest Japanese version that recently came out. I've seen some ravingly good reviews on it. It has some new features to it that the 172 was lacking like the LED lights on the front. It wasn't released yet when I bought my 172 otherwise I would have looked for a 173. The 173...

Yes. Made in Japan. Owner’s manual, Japanese. Impact driver information on the side of the head, Japanese. Selector guide at the bottom of the handle, Japanese. Made in Japan, for Japan, unless you chose to “import” one

On paper, yes. In head to head performance comparisons, slightly yes. But in all practicality, to most people, I would say it’s a negligible difference. Small noticeable differences to me: the Japanese one feels like the motor runs smoother, the build quality feels better in the hand and looks...

As a follow up to my previous post ^^^. After a few months of use with this impact I have found the axial play of U.S. e6 style bits I’m the Japanese makita to be annoying at times, so I decided to try a remedy. The issue is, simply put, the Japanese designed chuck is deeper than the U.S...

Pneumatic nailers and air compressor help! First time buying, Metabo HPT Bostitch Rigid Dewalt and more

FWIW I was using the air compressor again today. When I stopped using it, about 9:30am, the tank was at 160 psi. I left the tank pressurized to sit all day in the garage. I just checked the pressure (about 12 hours passed), no readable difference on the gauge. So it seems to hold air well 👍🏼
