Check out my pics of a new single post lift I recently installed in my garage. I will be storing my Exmark 48" ZTR on this lift. Will clear up the floor for alot of other things. It is held down with 5 wedge anchors 3/4" in size x 5in.

I definstly say look at Exmark ZTR. I have 3/4acres and purchased a new lazier Z CT 5 years ago and can't say enough about the cut. You can even look a used model. They hold there value very well. Good luck BigNJ
