Interesting indeed, I seriously considered a HF copy, and almost purchased one. I opted to spend more for the Bendpak name thinking I was getting better quality. Normal or not, it doesn't give me a comfortable feeling being under a vehicle with that much flex or twist in the structure...

Been thinking about using these. I'm not sure I'm comfortable with the amount of flex there is with the wife's explorer on the lift.

I have a metal roof in my barn. 48" o.c. 1/2" foam board under metal on top of truss. No issue of leaking yet. Noise is not that bad either. Barn is only been up for 3 years though.
