you have to pry off the metal sleeve, well pry it up, it kind of locks it all in...its a pain and ive yet to get one to go back properly... id reccomend getting a milwaukee m12 1/4 ratchet... its worth every penny and out performs the skil in almost everyway. with the exception of some ******...

Well just to update this one.... I called the guy, His shop had a window and the sun faded the front of the box, the sides are still normal red. he said the slides and all work perfect but not sure if he has the key still. but over all the box is in good shape, ...i asked on the price and...

i used some nitrile gloves from BJs wholesale. They are about 11 bucks for 200 gloves. They hold up well and are by far the cheapest. My only gripe with them is they are not powdered at all but no big deal.
so i finally got around to going to check out this tool box, its def. not perfect. Has a dent around the handle area, some minor overspray issues and the front stainless rails on the sides id like to replace. oh and its been outside on a patio for a couple of years..covered yes..but outside...
