My hardwire cabinet is nearly identical to that one. I painted mine to match my tool boxes and filled the drawers with those deep plastic receptacle boxes...got the idea on this board. These are great for organizing your hardware.

How soon do you want to get into a house? I can understand the need for a tool cart, but spending $1000+ when you are also saving for a house down payment seems counter intuitive. Why not make do with a cheaper HF cart for now, and put that $1000 towards your house down payment?

Just an FYI, if you use chrome for your browser you can add on "photobucket embed fix" to the browser which will allow you to see all the photobucket pics in the old threads. ETA: Sadly it doesn't work on mobile devices...only desktop versions of chrome.
