I have that air hammer and it will go through just about anything. I would buy it again.

I have one like the one in your picture. I got it from sears. It is cheap and flimsy. It works for keeping the tractor and bicks dry but it is not something that is going to last a lifetime. Mine is 2 years old and getting rusty.
