    If the line has tension on it you will need an automatic tension splice. The H tap will work if u don't tension on it.

    Running Low Voltage in conduit?

    You can pull cat 6 outside plant cable and use it in place of your telephone and coax cable. There is a connector to go from cat 6 to coax. I can get the name if you can't find it . I run my cameras mounted on the garage the the house with these.

    Frustrated with Fluorescent!

    Try cleaning the tubes with a damp rag and dry them before reinstalling them. Sometimes the dust and dirt will keep them from lighting.

    If they are in a designated right of way or servitude you may not be able to move them. Once the utilities have a right of way it hard to get them to release it. If the lines are only feeding your house and not going anywhere else they will probably move them without any problem.
