I’ve got kind of the same situation, the property I just bought has a 32x40’ garage with a concrete floor, but it was never smoothed out, so it’s very rough and I’d like to see if I can Sand it with a rental concrete sander? Anyone have thoughts on this? The concrete is in good shape, just rough.
