Finished the restoration. I cold blued the main handle, collar, collar screws, swivel handles, tube nut, interior of tube nut housing cap, everything under the swivel base, and the swivel bolts. I used 1 coat of primer and 4 coats of Rust-Oleum Sage Green (closest I could find to the original)...
I also need a part for my vise. I have a 1954 Wilton 9400, and im missing the center pin on the swivel base. (i can provide a pic if needed). If you or anyone you know might have one, please let me know. Thx in advance.
I ended up going a different route, so I ended up getting a WIlton 9400, stamped GUAR EXP 12-31-59. I Disassembled as much as I could today, will work on the end cap and pins tomorrow. Here are some pics.....
