So, any products out there to paint/epoxy over them?

I have not had it tested, but I just assumed since it is original to the house built in 1951. It is all in great shape, just an ugly brown and want the basement to be freshened up a bit.

Anyone recommend a paint or epoxy to paint over basement VAT tiles?
