Almost forgot. The original thermostat I used on the furnace was defective so my guy replaced it with a WiFi unit that actually reaches the router in the house 150 feet away. Now I can turn the heat on from my phone on my way home! I love it!

Yes, just wanted it to be uniform and have the same finish. The Kilz went on fairly thick due to the tip I used in the sprayer. It really hides a lot of the imperfections.

Yes, they are glued to me for some reason. The little yellow lab mix sat and watched everything like a true supervisor. The black dog, well, she's a little slow. I had to pull her out of the concrete when we were pouring the footings LOL

With the scissor trusses, I was kind of limited to batt insulation because the attic gets really small near the outside and would've made blowing insulation really difficult. I used R38 in the ceiling and R13 in the walls then finished the walls with OSB. I was able to get 9' sheets for the...
