Good luck on the inspection. Be prepared for the inspector to have a couple issues that will have to be fixed. It happens. They have to earn their salary.

Pay someone to do bare minimum electric, then get approved by inspector. Then do the rest yourself, which honestly will be pretty straightforward.

The finish of the exterior is in sight. Congratulations.

God I hope you finally get that exterior done. You have so many layers of insulation, wraps, tape and wood strips on that building. Excessive material and many hours of unnecessary time, but the past is the past. Just get the damned tin finished. You have to stop over thinking and over...

You definitely need to add fill and to come up with a solid drainage plan if that is where the building is going. I'd hold off the build until you can have the money to get that done first. You can't possibly build in a low lying quagmire like that. Electricity can't be more than a couple...

Hope that unfinished roof and exterior can withstand the elements longer than they already have. You can't scrutinize and painstakingly think about every detail. Too much hard work on your end to see an **** retentive approach to everything ruin the completed product. Less tinking, more doing...
