Tell me what you like & don't like about your US General tool box

I started with a 44 when they were first new, right after the crinkle paint models. Got the top and bottom for just under $400. Great box, and loved the drawers, but out grew it within a year. Was super easy to sell. Replaced with the 72 bottom, 56 top, and ordered extra latches. There are two...

I know its been talked about, Ratcheting wrenches These cheaper sets ok?

    HF 72 box hutch

Since my post 2 1/2 years ago, I got the 56 top for my 72 roller and love it. It actually bolted right up! Been using it daily for 5 years and have not broken a single drawer latch. The depth has been perfect.

    Portaband versus benchtop bandsaw

This. I first made a nice little porta-band table out of an old Craftsman router table, used it for years. Last year I sprang for a SWAG...whole 'nuther level. The flexibility of the porta band is great; has saved a ton of time for me on projects over the years. The SWAG makes it awesome...

I need a small but strong 1/4 ratchet

Kobalt makes a great small 1/4...87344; I use one in my bike kit, and have another in the main toolbox for tight spots.

Socket set advice (UK/Europe) Milwaukee vs Williams vs Hazet vs Gearwrench vs Proto

I just picked up the US made Williams 3/8 metric shallow no skip 8-19mm 6pts on Amazon for $51. Crazy good sockets. Have the same in deep. The only thing that could be better about them is it's a little tough to see the size marking roll stamp...
