This reminds me of when my coworkers all laughed at me for buying expensive drill bits and are like our Harbor Freight master set or whatever it’s called works fine. Then they ended up breaking or not drilling through anything so they come and get mine and then they go get more Harbor Freight...
I always grab deep first. Very rarely do I use shallow unless it’s all that will work. I don’t know any auto tech that grabs shallow first. It’s always deep or semi deep that gets grabbed first in my shop.
I’ve gotten messages from spammers more than once. Usually it’s about my classified ads or my wanted ads but I’ve always reported them as spam. They always bail once they respond to a wanted ad but don’t have pictures of the item they “have” lol.
Some of you asked to see more tools. Here’s another small fraction of them. Each box has a story lol. The black tote is yard sales and eBay and the other boxes are all from the pawn shop back when we had a really good pawn shop. I’ll slowly get more pictures posted but I have so many tools it’s...

The last day and a half has sucked for me lol. I hate interior work but it is nice to do something different for a change. 2018 Highlander with 68,000 miles needed a steering column it had a click somewhere internally and was jerking too. It made me remember why I hate modern cars lol. I...
It’s had like 6 radiators put in it as well after a collision we kept getting bad ones. We talked to someone who a mechanic referred us too that supposedly studied Cherokees and he said he thinks there may have been a flawed block. He said in 2001 they used whatever parts they had laying around...
I was around for the tail end of Popular Mechanics not that I’m old enough to remember them being new but I have a lot that my dad gave me and I got at the pawn shop that are amazing lol.
The last owner said he thinks what happened with the previous owner is they most likely lost the title but had the title and vin for a 73 one so they made this one a 73 and it was the time before everything was computerized and said you could get away with it back then.
