Anyone collect old chain hoist with the free wheel trigger I’m sick of modern

Got this 4” and 6” from my grandpas toolbox

Weekend find was going to abuse it. I’m having second thoughts. Opens to 9 1/2” to 9 3/4” it’s well abused no markings or casting stamps. I just want to identify it before. Maybe Soviet technology?

This is just the tip of the iceberg of what I’ve found recently I’m just wanting to see some scores from pawnshops
