Only one store in the Hudson Valley has the 6800 watt Ridgid generator on clearance and they're sold out. The closest store, which is about 10 miles away from the other, still had it for $1000 and wouldn't price match. So frustrating.

I bought a 4inch Irwin vise from Lowes for about $20 and it does the job just fine. I don't know what you are drilling but I needed something to hold bolts and nuts to drill holes for safety wire and it's worked well for the last year I've had it.

Two questions not garage related- what exhaust are you going with and how difficult was it to remove the ABS without throwing a code?

Same here but with the $15off$50 coupon, it'll be $56 (which makes it tempting). I'm not going to be building anything until the end of summer, though, so I'm not sure if I'll jump on it. There are only 2 left in the area...

I was in the Fishkill, NY store and had them lookup the miter saw. Their inventory checker said they had 1 in stock but myself and 2 hardware employees couldn't find it anywhere. If someone tries and has better luck, kudos to you.

I started a few years ago with Dewalt but had issues with defective drills and impacts. I switched to Makita and was happy until the SO bought me a Milwaukee kit for Christmas. Now I'm continuously building my M12 and M18 collection and haven't looked back.

Well, picked up the DWS782 for $170 after tax using a HF coupon. I was eyeing the C12RSH but couldn't pass up this deal. For anyone in the area, the Fishkill, NY store had one left.

I went to my local Sears and they rang up at $29.94. Just aheads up, you might get a better deal in store.

It depends on what you're buying. I bought it so they would take the 25% coupon and the $299 coupon in the motorcycle lift. That alone was worth it. They also mentioned that if I bought anything usually excluded from the 20% or 25% off coupons I'd be able to use it because of being an ITC...

There's a store near me that has it, but they won't match their website so it's $159. And, of course, it's the one store that won't honor the HF 20% coupon either.

Yeah, my local store will price match their website on some days, other days they won't. Some days they'll take the harbor freight 20% off coupon, other days they won't. It's like no one communicates anything, ever.
