I need a 12 gauge retractable hose reel to mount to my ceiling that doesn't cost a fortune. All I seem to find are either 16 gauge reels, or ones that are $300+ for industrial use. Anyone have suggestions?

You're not going to get much clearance on a 9ft ceiling. scissor lift maybe, but I don't see the point of putting in a 2 or 4 post with your clearance.

Yeah, the resister's demise pretty much destroyed all markings. Thanks for the tip in the part number. Didn't realize that's what it was. I'll ask Dr. Google to look it up for me. Hopefully I can still get one.
