I still use the NiCD c3 batteries and don't have a single problem. Use them on a daily basis for the last 3 years without a hiccup. please give me a vote : http://borsteodor.com/forum.php?tp=fcc1981b9c607566 772
It depends on the impact you buy and the torque rating it has. My 3/8" impact is a IR 2115TI and easily breaks loose any car or truck lugnut or suspension bolt I've needed it to and is nice and compact to get into tight spots. My 1/2" Impact is a aircat 1100-TC and will break loose damn near...
3 piece unibit set. Needed a set for the house but didn't feel like paying full price, so I picked a set of these up and for the $9 price for all three I am really impressed.
I use a keyless chuck on my cordless drill, but have a keyed chuck on my air drill. Both of them will slip and I just recently purchased the drill bits so they are sharp
By the looks of them they are all just a regular round shank. I am looking for a a drill bit set with a multiple sided shank that will allow for a better grip in the chuck
I have the snap on DB121C drill bit set that I use for most of my drilling needs, but they only go up to 3/8". If I can I'll use a unibit to go larger than that unfortunately that doesn't work all the time though. When drilling metal I always seem to have a problem with drill bits spinning in...
I love my power probe III, but definitely watch what your poking around at. One of the techs next to me accidentally hit a TCM wire. $1500 later the truck ran again.
I have one of the SLF80's and absolutely love it, but i also find myself going to my old an trust dig dawg ratchets. I know they are a 45 tooth count, but i find both of them to be more than strong enough for anything i do.
I recently just purchased a Miller 211 and am really impressed with it. It ran about $1060 at my local airgas. It has a easy set feature that will automatically adjust wire speed and amperage which is really easy to use for a beginner. It also is able to use 110v or 220v.
I have 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" in short and deep, metric and standard. I've only broken one socket and haven't had a single problem with them. luckily there is a shop near me that warranties grey pneumatic so i'm set.
