I purchased a USGeneral tool cabinet a few years back, and have lost the key for it. I'm ready to transfer all my SAE tools to it, but of course...it's locked. One drawer is open, and there's a tag in the back of that drawer that MAY be a serial number, but can't find a manufacturer website...
