sorry was a post that i had posted in another forum i just copied and pasted:) but i ordered from northentool.com and it came in 15 days or so. install was pretty smooth, had a bit of a bumpy time getting the arms level but got it.

how did you all get the arms level? one of mine is about an inch higher then the other. i havent put a car up on it tell i figure this out.

thinking about ordering a xp-10 from bendpak, for the people who have it, how tall does your ceiling have to be to fit the posts?
