    2021 Home Depot's deals/sales/clearance thread

It's probably going to be 49-22-5606. It was the hole saw kit that came out the same time as the bit set for holiday. https://www.homedepot.com/p/Milwaukee-Hole-Dozer-Bi-Metal-General-Purpose-Hole-Saw-Set-with-PACKOUT-Compact-Organizer-10-Piece-49-22-5606/308684377

Wera 056490 Tool-Check Plus Bit Ratchet Set with Sockets - Metric $61

KC Tool is having a lot of delays getting product too. Gotta be patient right now, I've had a lot of delays with Amazon...But also some Amazon orders are showing delays but get delivered a few days earlier(I do have a distribution center two hours away though). Work-related, Fedex has been 1-2...

    Modular screwdriver setups?

The bits are all universal 1/4" bits and the handle will hold the standard 1" long bits too. Wiha also has a slotted bit set if you want more slotted in the case

    Modular screwdriver setups?

This: and add this: I have two and added the Wera ratcheting driver to one set, it's tight but it does fit in the case. I remove the 10 lesser used security bits for the Wiha SAE hex and then store those 10 security bits I took out in a little pouch. This setup gives me Phillips, (one)...

Best socket holder for portable tool bag?

I like the Wera twist-lock nylon straps with velcro on the back. I have one slid and velcroed into my Veto Tech-MBT, it takes very little space and barely weighs anything.

    Wiha ESD Tweezers

I don't keep track of Wiha's tweezer prices (though I have several German tweezers) but it looks like the majority of them are regular price with inflated MSRP. The top three specialty tweezers are the only one's I'd consider a great deal. $20 is a decent deal and most above $26 are regular price.

Even LED maglites aren't very good. I'm not even a big flashlight guy, and I know plenty of better options. Even the cheap LED flashlights that use cheap, garbage cells from Amazon outperform any Maglite. It's not even the best flashlight that is sorta Maglight-esk available at a big box store...

My 1/2" stubby will break my 150ft/lb torqued lugs but not with a compact battery. It struggles a bit with flip sockets at that torque spec though.

Rockler Rockler Router Bit Storage Inserts 50% Off

Wood expands and contracts too much. You really need an insert of some sort to keep them in but not soo tight that you can't grab them without cutting yourself, particularly the straight bits. For $8, I doubt they sold a lot of them but at $4...seems awfully tempting.
