I had a 30x32 built. It is 2x4 framed walls trusses set on 2 feet. The roof pitch is 10/12 and it is shingled. The front is brick and the 3 sides are vinyl. I have 2 10 feet wide garage doors and 1 man door. I poured a 8 feet apron outside of the garage doors. This was built for 34000.
