    I have a dedicated double circuit 220 outlet for a LR old wall unit AC. That AC kicked the bucket and I got a new one. New AC doesn't require 220 and I need to change the double 220 circuit to a 110. As you can see in my circuit panel, the dedicated double 220 is off and has a WHITE wire on...
