    break the bead on one side , remove the valve stem from the rim , insert the inner tube into the tire , slip the tube valve stem through the wheel hole and air up. Thank you, I definitely will try this first and if it doesn't work (keeps losing air) I'll spring for the No Flat tires. Bob
