Born and raised in So. Cal. Took auto mechanics in HS and was hooked. Built and raced muscle cars at the old Lions Drag strip in Long Beach, Cal. in my youth. Never ceased to learn how to fix and make my own things through life (even though I have a professional career). Taught myself welding and some machining as a hobby. Luckily, I got the tool junkie gene from dad and have inherited some real treasures from him.
