You've got a lot of faith (and weight) on those lag bolts. Especially with any snow load and proposed loft added in.

Be careful with a pool filter or pool chemical storage inside the building as chlorine is a strong oxidizer and will accelerate rust on your tools. The same holds true for fertilizer storage.
