I took a closer look today and I think someone brazed the hooks on mine. Nice find on Etsy. I'm gonna check them out. I happened across one on eBay today. I think the seller is pretty optimistic with a $130 starting bid. I'll let one of you guys bid it since I already have one. :)...

I don't have anything in mine. I wrestled with the same thing as you. Whether to refurb or not. Mine also has the faint lettering of what I assume to be a previous owners name painted on (see pic) which I find intriguing. I couldn't bring myself to change it. I wouldn't change yours either...

Well, it's at least three of a kind. I have one just like it as well (attached pic). I like mine too...very unique and well built.

I bought a set of Williams screwdrivers from them last month. Took around seven working days to get them, but the price was right and shipping was free. I called after about five days to check on the order. The woman I spoke to was was helpful. No complaints from me.

Here's one I made for my tool box on the cheap. I used scrap oak semi trailer flooring. The boards are 1-5/16" thick about 12" wide. I used a tongue and groove joint to make the width I needed. It was a little work, but I only paid $1 per linear foot for the floor boards. Any trailer repair shop...
