Is there anything like this U.S.A. or German made?

What’s your budget? I cant afford the USA made stuff in one hit. I would buy an empty case that suits me and then build it from used singles. Remember Danaher use to make a bunch of USA brands such as Matco, Armstrong, Allen, there’s tons of older USA made Craftsman out there, older...

Help identifying new to me Lyon Drawers

I will load them up and test them (mainly so I can get tools out of old boxes to seek) and try try the soak to free the ones that stick. Appreciate the help and I’ll post back if Lyon has replacement parts for anybody that finds this thread in future.

Help identifying new to me Lyon Drawers

Thanks guys. Yup oiled. The fee that are rough have stuck bearings. I agree on construction quality. I was just trying to articulate everything was not smooth yet. None of the drawers are unlivable now, so once I get the few bearing changed and some weight I expect them to be good to go.

Help identifying new to me Lyon Drawers

Thanks. I took your advice. I took all the drawers and slides out. The lock bar set up is neat but overkill for my garage. I cut the bar in half and pulled it out. I left the mechanism in place. I taped the bar to bottom incase I ever wanted to use it again, I’ll just tack it back...

Help identifying new to me Lyon Drawers

I’ll have to play with it more. However, from the little bit I have messed with it, no, seems as though I can open multiple drawers but once closed they lock.

    Grey Pneumatic First Impressions

Should be noted I took pictures on phone and attempted to post. I don’t have a way to transfer them to an acceptable format apparently.

    Grey Pneumatic First Impressions

Decided to try a post. I consider myself a pro-sumer. I am a little bit of a tool snob and prefer USA made. I grew up in a family owned Hardware Store and that is what we sold when I was a kid. I own a small landscape company and work on small fabrication projects, trucks, and a K-5 Blazer...

Snap-on 18v tools - buy more or switch to milwaukee

Not a wrench, but a big time Milwaukee guy here. Use a plumbing supply house as my dealer. They have done all the warranty issues. Which has been a grand total of 1 battery shitting. Replaced under warranty. No issues. Milwaukee has impacts with detents and rings and several variations...

    Milwaukee Power Tools Deal Permathread

Save for Fuel line. Noticeable difference in power and speed for not much more if you find the right deals. It’s hard to jump in all at once. I find it best to do the Black Friday and close out deals with batteries. I like random kits with lots of batteries and pick and chose bare tools. I...

Husky34" tool box alternatives or reviews

I inherited some Durham style drawers from my Grabdfather's family owned hardware store. After setting them up I ended up with an odd ball 34" opening under my bench. The only 34" box I can find is the Husky 7 drawer unit...
