    The push to connect coupler is actually a Dixon series D, that's what's stamped on the part.

    I also bought two of the push to connect type that have the button release, and they work with the plugs I have. When I compare them, the depth of the balls or locking area, is not as deep on the button release style, as they are on the Rapidair coupler.

    I'm know of the different styles, and the push to connect coupler I bought says "use with industrial style plug". The end looks correct, it just isn't long enough to lock in, the nut bottoms out before it can reach the lock, and the ones I found at HF and Lowes are the same way. :( Bossed
