    Finally got a little progress… stucco, and garage doors. Trench for the electric service awaits an electrician to fill it.

    Seems like stucco crews are hard to keep on task…. But things are moving. Windows, insulation…. Drywall is stacked waiting for a crew… bendpack 2 post lift is waiting in the periphery to be stood up.

    The stucco crew has been awol, but finally showed up today to do stucco math, I assume, for a Monday start….we paused the roofing so they don’t have to walk on it…. Next week, insulation and drywall begins!

    lol, no… I just started when the public safety retirement system was a 20 year plan. Our local real estate market is kept kinda high because so many Californians are coming here after selling their CA house for crazy money

    Construction is under way on the shop I’m building to goof off in for the first year of my upcoming retirement. (I’ll be 53 at the end of 2025 when I pop smoke, and will likely go back to work but I don’t yet know where/what I’ll be doing)

    thanks, I was having a hard time with span tables on the net. But thata would seem to indicate I could move the posts out, to create a 16 foot center and 2 smaller end openings? or leave the one by the bush and move the other one to the end? either way, I will cut the porch and pour a footing...
