You may want to look into a polyaspartic coating. One of the major advantages of polyaspartic coatings is that they are can applied in temperatures as low as -30.

Based on the sound of your job a grinder with a good vacuum set up is a must. And Legacy is right, you will want a grinder that uses diamond heads.

I heard that HP Spartacote has launched a new line of 100% solids polyaspartic they are calling Pure. How anyone tried it, or any of their other products? Feedback?
