Hi lotsoftools, Which guitar do your wife have? I mean electric guitar or acoustic guitar? There are lots of paints available for guitar so just select the right one for your wife's guitar and don't forget to take safety measure before painting guitar like use of muzzle mask or goggles.

According to your thread my suggestion is that...As long as you don't have puddles it is dry enough. I wipe concrete with a damp sponge right before spreading thin set.

Hi all I think garage is not bad for child played games and etc but garage...... You can install a nice vinyl composite tile floor if you shop around for the tiles and do the work yourself.

Hi all According to your thread..... while you're at it, cut a trench toward one of the exterior walls so you can run pipe to actually drain the water out of the building.
