The 60V versions are excellent. The flat head has a very strong use case, though, because you can fit the tool in areas that the bigger ones absolutely cannot reach. This isn't just the standard 20V.
I've not taken photos of the one I received but it's not a blem. It arrived nicely palletized and wrapped and in perfect shape. I'm quite impressed.

I'm a little on the fence on this one. I own a '24 Lotus Emira. It's not listed in the compatibility checker but I understand that there is a lag. Will this tool work fully with the Emira? It's only sort of an "exotic!"
On the contrary, I've been very happy with my 60V DW string trimmer. However, the factory head is trash. I can't recall the model, but if you swap out the spool it makes reloading much easier and jamming much less likely.
