    Delta Contractor's Saw--Remove Arbor--Bad Bearings

I replaced the bearings on my older delta saw, admittedly not the same model # as yours, and found the tolerances to not be so tight that it required a press or excessing hammering. Runs quiet now even without the likely proper tools to accomplish the job.

Just bought a house, what is this wire in backyard?

What you are referring to as sensors look like grease caps used in underground sprinkling systems. They essentially are waterproof splices. No idea the purpose of your wire.

CM Industrial Large Wrenches are Back!

Had a similar experience. Chatted asking when they were going to ship. Didn't want to cancel the order just wanted to know when they would be shipped out. Sent to back office for confirmation on shipping date. Next day cancellation notice 1 - 2 days later CC was credited. Seems if you want to...

Has Anyone Tried a Snap-on Group Buy?

Have no Snap on tools and only know what I have read so feel free to tell me I am wrong. If one person buys and ships would you potentially run into warranty issues as you wouldn't be seen as the initial purchaser?

    XP and the Garage Computer

I dont know if all old hardware has the ability to boot from USB but this is likely your problem with your attempt at installing from a cd.

Craftsman USA 20 piece Stubby set - $84.99 or less

Just ordered these at $90 and used the Save15 coupon which knocked it down to $75. When I added a $2 socket to fill a missing spot it knocked another 15% or the wrenches so $67 and change after taxes. Tried adding other items but the only successes I had was with a ingersoll rand angle die...

What did you do "IN" your garage today?

This is your most likely fix. If it was in the truck the rest of the running lights wouldn't be working as one wire feeds them all. Wire standard is White(Ground), Yellow(Left Turn/Left Brake Light), Green(Right Turn/Right Brake Light), Brown(Running Lights) Most likely a bad bulb or...

    Sanborn 130/165 Compressor Pump

If it makes you feel better I also checked into getting the parts directly from the factory and it was going to take just as long and cost more after shipping. After the repair my pump works good so no complaints there.

    Sanborn 130/165 Compressor Pump

Have the same pump and also ordered from Mastertoolrepair. My experience was that they dont stock the parts but order them when you place your order. Mine took 2-3 weeks to arrive.

Unique Garage Problem - Ideas Wanted!

My guess is any solution you come up with will cost you more money and frustration in the long run. Even if you need permits and an engineer it will be a one time cost. Any slide system you do find will be expensive and still will make you remove both cars if you need to pull out the one away...

To Primer or not to primer

My experience is that primer is only really necessary over raw drywall or if you are trying to cover something up. (Really dark paints colors or water stains). That being said I have never been able to get a true one coat coverage with any paint I have used, even over primer. I always just plan...
